Cool. An article on Kenya's heraldic officials vy one of their heraldic officials. Those are hard to find online.

Her email bounces back.

A few years ago I emailed their general department email address. They said they would get right back to me. Crickets. Reminder email - ignored. Another email- Ignored.

A couple years later I tried the Dept's facebook page. They read the message but never bothered replying.

some people publish articles,etc, and always include contact info, just to be complete. ... But only to be complete, like starting a letter with "Dear somebody" and ending with sincerely. They have no intention of being contacted, and are at a total loss if someone does.

I once called the number in an announcement for more info on a pitch meeting and was informed i could get more info at the meeting. The little girl knew absolutely nothing other than the details would be answered at the meeting scheduled in the announcement. My only other question, that I really should have asked, was why did you bother including contact info?
