I'm aware the British Royal family uses livery colours, but do any of the other European Royal families (whether ruling or deposed) use them, and if so, what are they?

yes; other royal, ducal, and potentate families use or used livery. Note however, that livery colors were not necessarily based on the dominant colors of the heraldic arms.

I'm well aware of their use in the past, but was wondering whether there are any modern-day examples apart from the British Royal family.
