Most obvious is the canting arms of the noble Trolle family: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trolle

Though of course you can argue that a troll is more of a Christian (diabolical) being than strictly pagan. I think you will find more ancient, possibly pagan, symbols in Polish and Lithuanian heraldry than in Scandinavian heraldry.
