My guess is that they've protected the term "reconstructed lordship",
perhaps with a trademark, and what they're selling is just a licence to
use that term. I imagine that would be legal unless done with
fraudulent intent.

Thank you. I have looked into the subject of lordships of the manor, and if I were to ever purchase one I wouldn't want it hijacked by someone who has reconstituted it.
