What orders are restricted to Roman Catholics? I know there is the Order of Malta and the Constantinian Order of St. George, are there any others?

Are there any orders restricted in the same way to any other denominations or religions?

What about the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchure of Jerusalem? Also ancient Spanish Orders like Calatrava & Santiago are only for Roman Catholics.

The Royal Portuguese Order of St Michael is open for all Christians, but the active component, The Royal Brotherhood of the Order of St Michael of the Wing, is a RC organisation which may have honorary members of other Christian denominations.
