I want to know what the arms of the Soviet Union, its 15 constituent
republics, and regions such as Karelia and Chechnya looked like. I would
prefer the link to be in English or Spanish, or at least a language that
resembles Spanish.

Flags of the World has what passed for the arms of the USSR,
non-armorial though they were, as well as those of the 15 republics.
See <http://www.fotw.net/flags/su.html> and the pages linked from
<http://www.fotw.net/flags/su-_list.html>.

The Soviet Union itself had an 'emblem' that was certainly not heraldic. This was also true of the majority of the constituent republic; with the notable exception of the Russian Federative Soviet Socialist Republic, its autonomous republics, as well as the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic, all of which can be considered to have been armigerous. However; none of these Arms were particularly original, with nearly all of them having a on a Gules field a hammer and sickle in saltire Or with in base a sun in splendour and with the initials of the republic in Or in chief.
